Delete your BulkBuddy account
You can delete your account and its data yourself, or ask us to.
In the app (fastest)
- Open BulkBuddy and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email admin@royalnationllc.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
Your sign-in and profile; all receipts, items and splits; payments and settlements; people, groups and contacts you created; budgets, preferences and notification settings; referrals; your usage events; and the purchase and refund log linked to your account.
What is not deleted by us
- App store records. Apple and Google keep their own purchase and subscription records. Cancel a subscription in your store settings; see support.
- Analytics, crash and notification data. Firebase, Crashlytics and OneSignal data is not linked to your account and is retained by those providers under their own settings.
Not signed up?
Manual splitting without an account stores nothing on our servers. Deleting the app from your device removes its local data.
